EFECTOS DE UN PROGRAMA PSICOEDUCATIVO EN EL CONOCIMIENTO SOBRE CREATIVIDAD DIRIGIDO A DOCENTES DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA

RESUMEN
La investigación tuvo como objetivo Identificar elconocimiento sobre creatividad de los docentes, antes de aplicar el programa Psicoeducativo, se fundamentó en Torrance (1977), Ortiz (1997), Sánchez (2001) entre otros. E tipo de investigación fue experimental, con nivel explicativo y modalidad experimento de campo, con un diseño cuasiexperimental, de dos grupos uno intacto y uno experimental, que tuvieron mediciones pretest y postest. La poblaciónfue un censo de 16 docentes de la Escuela Básica Nacional “Contralmirante Renato Beluche”, se les aplicó una prueba de aprovechamiento elaborada por la autora, constó de 20 ítems de selección múltiple completación y apareamiento, que ubica el conocimiento en alto, medio y bajo, fue validada por 3 expertos con una confiabilidad Kuder Richardson de 0,86 con una prueba piloto de dieciséis sujetos.Se aplicó estadística descriptiva, media aritmética, desviación estándar y prueba de Wilcoxon. Los resultados mostraron en el pretest que ambos grupos tenían un moderado nivel de conocimiento, posterior al programa el grupo experimental mejoró al nivel alto, mientras el grupo control de mantuvo intacto, la prueba de Wilcoxon mostró que los resultados eran estadísticamente significativos quepermitieron captar la hipótesis. Se concluyó que programa psicoeducativo tuvo efectos favorables en el conocimiento sobre creatividad. Se recomendó aplicar el programa al grupo control, extender dicho programa al personal docente y administrativo y divulgar los resultados encontrados.

ABSTRACT


The investigation had as objective to Identify the knowledge it has more than enoughcreativity of the educational ones, before applying the program Psicoeducativo, it was based in Torrance (1977), Ortiz (1997), Sánchez (2001) among others. And investigation type was experimental, with explanatory level and modality field experiment, with a design cuasiexperimental, of two groups one intact and one experimental that had mensurations pretest and postest. The population was aneducational census of 16 of the National Basic School "Rear admiral Renato Beluche", they were applied an use test elaborated by the author, you/he/she consisted of 20 articles of selection multiple completación and mating that you/he/she locates the knowledge on high, half and low, you/he/she was validated by 3 experts with a dependability Kuder Richardson 0,86 with a test pilot of sixteen fellows.It was applied statistic descriptive, half arithmetic, standard deviation and test of Wilcoxon. The results showed in the pretest that both groups had a moderate level of knowledge, later to the program the experimental group improved at the high level, while the group control of it maintained intact, the test of Wilcoxon showed that the results were statistically significant that allowed tocapture the hypothesis. You concluded that it programs psicoeducativo he/she had favorable effects in the knowledge it has more than enough creativity. It was recommended to apply the program to the group control, to extend this program to the educational and administrative personnel and to disclose the opposing results.
