Loosing a purse or a wallet is a nightmare. The loss of a personal belonging generates tremendous anxiety. Sometimes, one doesn’t know if the belongings have beenmisplaced or stolen. So one tries to retrace the steps and remember details, which create more anguish and frustration. When a purse is lost, many things go through one’s head. The first, of course, is themoney, but also in credit cards, ID’s, gift certificates, memberships and the worst, the consequences of the loss. Sometimes the loss of a personal belonging is not such a big deal, but othersituations, like assaults or robberies, are more serious and dangerous. With all the information that the thieves acquire from the purse; they can commit fraudulent operations. It is very important to beaware of our personal belongings at all times. Loosing a purse can bring unpleasant moments, not only because of the money that is lost, but also for the time that is invested in recovering everythingand the risk of being involved in any criminal act.
The loss of money is always frustrating, especially when you do not have so much to begin with. Loosing credit cards and checks is a terriblething as well; however, the bank can respond for the loss and replace the debts that were made. Gift certificates and reward cards are another issue. Once they are lost, there is no way of recoveringthem. Any kind of ID lost, be it school ID’s, wholesale store cards and memberships is nerve wrenching because they are needed for daily use. Not having this creates a limitation in execution ofactivities with insecure and unpleasant consequences.
Trying to replace everything lost is difficult. Not only because you have to contact different institutions, but also because of the timeinvested trying to resolve the loss. For the most part, you have to call multiple times and wait eternally until being attended. Furthermore, you have to repeat the same detailed story more than once....
