Background Story:
Cruz was born in Mexico, raised and educated there, I also work,Cruz since childhood has been a social subject, kind and friendly, so it has been earned the respect of people based on friendship,not fear.
Cruz worked a couple of years in Mexico,a cleaning company,which paid him a couple ofcourses in English, that´s where he learned to handle the language with ease.
Cruz struggled in Mexico, since he began working in organized crime and tried out, but the crime haunted him and that he was abducted by a couple of relatives and barred thousands of doors and opportunities, Cruz had no other option rather than leave the country.
In America, there Cruz has a uncle, John, is a goodman, for he offered his home and a job to Cruz.

Cruz got a steady job and help your uncle to pay the rent of the house, also met people of their race, Mexican with whom he spends in his spare time and lives Cruz, in a not pleasant quality of life and surviving the problems of everyday life.

What is our policy on rape, robbing and scamming?
Rape:

Sexual harassment without an OOC agreement between both sides is strictly not allowed,any form of sexual harassment without an OOC agreement between all parties involved is strictly forbidden.

Robbing:

OOC robbing isstrictly forbidden, IC robbing is allowed, but not more than $500 in a robbery.You can rob people IC, but there are limitations of money that you cant take.If you decide robe somebody you can take only $500 from that person and you have remember to fully role-play both things.Robbing of level 1 or 2 players is not allowed.You cannot rob people who are level 1 or 2, its not nice when you are new tothe server and somebody runs up to you and takes all your money.They are new players to the server so then need to learn.You must be level 3 or higher to Rob.This Strictly forbidden killing after robbery,its obvious the robber is afraid to being caught by the cops but it is not fair towards the person getting robbed.Bank robberies require admin approval.

Scamming: OOC scamming is strictly forbidden, IC is allowed but not more than $50,000 in a scam (unless admin permission is granted beforehand not more than $500,000). You can scam people IC but there are limitations of money that you can take. If you are scamming somebody you can take up to$50,000 which is maximum and you cannot take more than that unless you receive permission from an admin for more which cannot exceed $500,000. These special circumstances will only be granted if a thorough reason an idea is presented. You also can´t do such things like scamming somebody for $100,000 and give them $50,000 back, because its non role-play. Scamming of players less than level 10 is notallowed.You cannot scam players less than level 10.You must be level 10 or higher to scam other players.This is strictly forbidden killing after a scamming.Its obvious the scammer is afraid of being caught by the cops but it is not fair towards the person getting scammed.
