·Introduction:
Over the last years the issue of CORRUPTION - the abuse of public office for private gain - have affected many countries, institutions, organizations, and many other public or private groups. Also this issue is very familiar to our ears because corruption in governments, companies, and politics is used by the media to make scandal.
Corruption have existed since old times, andits caused mainly by necessity, but its promoted by lack of moral civics, corruption slows down the development in many countries and it is very hard to eradicate, because in a corrupted country there is a corrupt system so people are very used to that system so it is very hard to stick-out that system, so thats why it need to be a slow processes, but there need to be a fully strong compromise fromthe government like many problems you need to take them out from the root, so this root is the young population, and also to quit this issue the government need to show total commitment.
I choose this topic because is an issue that is happening in my country and also all around the world, this issue is really slowing development in my country, so I want to take action and fight this issue but Ineed to find how to do it so I choose two sub-topics that can help, LAW and CRIMINALITY, and EDUCATION FOR ALL.

LAW AND CRIMINALITY

What actions can government
make to fight corruption in Mexico, Italy, and Venezuela?

For many years, corruption have slow down many countries development, also it have done huge economical crises, like the one Spain have in may, this mainly affectsthe government, but governments have tried many things, the problem is that inside the government there are many politician that are corrupt.

These corrupt politicians steal money of many public taxes, or they take money that have destination for public services like the maintenance of a road or a hospital. So corruption is a government issue.

In my opinion governments need to bepurified by a ministry that has anything to be with corruption, black business, drug dealing, or terrorism, this ministre will choose clean politicians, make a small circle of clean politicians and then redo the chambers with politicians approved by that circle. After that, they will need an institution in order to show in what is expended the money.

For these topic I have choose three countries, that in TI (Transparency International) show high rates of corruption:
(the scale of corruption is shown as 10.0 the highest/no corruption to 0.0 the lowest/the lowest)

Italy:
Corruption score: 3.9
Corruption Rank: 69

Mexico:
Corruption score: 3.0
Corruption Rank: 100

Venezuela
Corruptionscore: 1.9
Corruption Rank: 172

In these countries there have been many politicians scandals related with corruption, in Italy there is the Mafia, which takes a big part in italian parliaments, in Venezuela, president Hugo Chavez have shown no interest in fighting corruption, and besides many studies have proved that he is a promoter for corruption, in...
