II. INTRODUCTION:
English is one of the most international spread languages so that it has become a useful tool to an integral formation of the students. It allows them to have access to the information to satisfy the currentacademic demands and to manage in an efficient way in diverse situations of the life such as enter in touch with native speakers of other social and cultural environments, as well as to be preparing in order to work in different contexts.

The area adopt the communicative approach that implies learning English in full functioning, in simulations of communicative situations and assisting studentsneeds and interests, using authentic texts and with complete sense, which we can communicate through various means, in direct, or indirect route, that is using the technological tools, virtual route. Equally, it allows the students should have access to the advances of the science and the technology which publications are done in general in English.

III. CAPACITIES:
The English area develops thefollowing capacities:

* ORAL EXPRESSION AND COMPREHENSION.- Students intend to express their ideas, emotions, feelings and opinions using their previous knowledge about themselves and their reality using grammatical rules and phonology, respecting their classmates opinion and ideas. Students intend to analyze and understand a message from their interlocutor in different contexts andrequest a clarification when pertinent.

* TEXT COMPREHENSION.- Students understand and identify ideas from a text related to their reality; this permits a better interaction with the English language.

* TEXT PRODUCTION.- Student intend to produce several texts according to models with grammatical rules, coherences and cohesion, the text will be related with...
