The racism is understood like the exacerbation or defense of the racial sense of an ethnic group.
Actors of the racism.
Clearly, one of the principal actors of the racism is the State. In anystrategy to be adopted in front of the racism, the state has a central role. Examples are: the Nazism in Germany, the apartheid in South Africa, the conflict in Ruanda on 1994, etcetera.
Theracism can unleash conflicts that affect of many ways the national identity: other nations or groups is accelerated the separation even physical as social of the communities; and makes impossible theidentification with social transformation goals.
Victims of the racism
The people that suffer the racism respond of different ways: A lot of times the victims tend to believe that if theysuffer discrimination or abuses are because they are responsible or partially responsible of the behave that are subject.
