Rule 3.11 of origin

. - PROCEDURES FOR EXPORT OF GOODS FROM GENERAL TO CANADA
a) Obtaining the approval of the export declaration form of correspondent banks
- Submit the export declaration in the Foreign Trade Department correspondent Bank enclosing the invoice numbered original and 5 copies.
- The single export form, has an indefinite term, except when the product has some restrictions(quotas, licenses or reference price), which has a period of 15 days and is valid for one shipment.
b) Step into the customs and shipping
1. CUSTOMS: For the single act of capacity shall be:
- WAS to approval of the Correspondent Bank.
- Commercial invoice (4 copies), if there are differences between the declared value and the export value, it must submit a new bill in original and four copiesfor liquidation.
- Registration and certification of customs revenue.
- Delivery of the goods in the warehouses of Customs or Port Authority.
2. SHIPPING
- Verification of payment of tariff duties and taxes, if applicable.
- Receipt of payment of fees for storage, loading dock, security, etc.
- Delivery to Customs of four copies of the final bill of lading issued by the carrier.

4.3 Import Declaration
The import declaration is obtained from the CFIA prior to importation and must be
requested by the importer or authorized agent, for which you must complete the
Form CFIA / TO 4560.

3.12 The legalrequirements

The degree and quality requirements act as legal instruments to establish a
common criteria for the classification of some fruits and vegetables in different
commercial categories. These parameters are defined in Canadian law
Regulations for Fresh Produce (Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Regulations).

Import License3.1
Canadian law states that for imported fresh foods
can enter the Canadian market, the Canadian importer must have a
CFIA import license or be a member of the Settlement Corporation
Fruit and Vegetable Dispute (DRC).

In order to prevent entry of pests into Canada, the entry of fruit, vegetables and
fresh tubers are subject to the submission of a phytosanitary certificate.
In addition toproducts to be imported for the first time and can
present a risk, the CFIA may request a pest risk assessment and prohibit
importation until it has the results.
Prepackaged fresh
- Information should be submitted in English and French, as both are languages
officers.
- Common name of product and variety.
- Net quantity, number, weight or volume. In Canada, we use the metric systeminternationally.
- Name and address of the producer or the person marketing the products
Canada.
- Quality grade, if applicable.
- Country of origin (with the legend "Product of ...").
4.1 Degrees and quality requirements
Products must be safe, healthy, fit for human consumption, and
packed under sanitary conditions. In the Rules for Products
