Since inmemorables times people have asked themseleves about the mysteries of the universe.

At the year 140 A.D Claudius Ptolemy a respectful astronomer did a model in which the Earth was thecenter of the universe. However until 1500 Nicolas Copernicus presented a different model in which the sun was the center of the universe but it was not until the year -------- when Galileo with hisinvention “the telescope” discovered that Copernicus was right and also that the planets revolves elliptical.
This discovery not only helped us to know about the center of the universe also it helped tounderstand to know more about ourselves.
The solar system has nine planets that orbit the sun and more than 60 moons that orbit planets. This nine planets are divided in (inner plantes) and (outerplantes) and the are separatde by the asteroid belt
Inner planets are the planets in the inner part of the solar system that orbit closest to the sun. Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars. Inner planets arecomposed mostly of rock, few or no moons and no rings.
Outer planets are the planets that orbit farest the sun and beyond the asteroid belt. They are bigger than inner planets, they are mostly ofhydrogen and helium, and have a lot atmosphere and moons
But each planet has its own special characteristics.

Mercury was not discovered by a specific person. Mercury is one of the five planetsthat can be seen in the night sky without using a telescope. This planet has been known by many civilizations. The first one that mention mercury were the Sumerian about the year 3000 A.D
Mercury is theclosest planet to the Sun. This small planet looks like the Earth´s moons and is even similar grayish color. It has no moons, comprised mostly of iron and nickel, is one of the densest planetsMercury has flat plains and craters on its surface. Since Mercury has no water and not much atmosphere, the craters have not worn away over time.
Mercury has no atmosphere, because its mass is small, so...
