ETHICAL AND MORAL CONSIDERATION ARE ADDRESS

As all companies are built to provide adequate job opportunities so that workers could perform and know the Company’s expectation.As Mike’s rebuilders provide rules, the workers must follow these rules so that they can achieve good work and attain from getting injured. The company provides its workers with aFirst Aid Kit in which it helps in case of an accident while in working hours. If any worker suffers and accident and the Company cannot handle it, the injured worker is taken directly tothe hospital. The Company helps to get a social security that he/she should not make expenses. For instance, if any worker is caught stealing, he/she will be taken to court andattain the consequences. If workers quarrel between them or involved in a fight, he/she will be suspended for a week or two. The company provides respect among its workers and has goodsocial interaction.








SUMMARY
When our class took the visit at Mikes Rebuilders Company, many positive and negative things were observed. In the area of themachines, it seemed to be no space available and therefore the workers couldn’t work so well. The machines must be spaced apart so that a good job could be done. As for the area ofelectricity, many cables were broken off. This can cause a short circuit and even fire. All cables must be taped or connected correctly. The environment that is Company owns is of ahealthy and no kind of pollution is being generated. The person in charge of answering the questionnaires seemed to be respectful towards workers. The company is well-equipped if anyaccident happens that is they own their own First Aid Kit. At this industrious Company our electrical knowledge was more developed and experienced on how Mikes Rebuilders Company labors.
