The real cleanliness of restaurants
Hygiene in restaurants is very controlled now days because of the risk ofgetting a bacterium, which could produce serious damage to people’s life. Most of the restaurants we eat in every day look clean, but we really don’t know what kind of bacterial life is living there.Bacteria can eat almost everything to be alive and reproduce themselves during weeks. You should be very aware of what kind of restaurant you are eating in, because you may find many dangers likebacteria and viruses.

Bacteria are simple microbiological animals which we cannot see because of their tiny size. Most of the bacteria won’t produce any kind of real danger in our daily live. Themost dangerous ones we can find in food like tuna. Many canned food if they are not well produced they may contain Clostridium botulinum, a bacterium which causes botulism. The grow needs of thisanimal are not much, the most important is the lack of air it needs to grow better. So if restaurant aren’t careful with the canned products they use this bacterium may be alive in floors, tables,bathrooms or other areas. So the cleaning of the restaurants needs to be very good because of this little detail, we could find millions of species of bacteria in the tables but a lot of those won’t bedangerous. But maybe there is one or two that could be a real danger to our body. To be sure in which places we could eat, we need to see the license that assures the place is clean and another licensethat microbiological test of bacterial growing was done.

In Restaurant and street fast food, we may also find viruses that can be really dangerous to our lives, because most of the viruses aredangerous, but they can’t live long in tables or floors, because they need in most cases a living human being to maintain and reproduce themselves.
