The Pilates
In our society we have found different ways to exercise. One of these exercises is Pilates. This is physical system was developed in the early 20 century by Joseph Pilates. Atfirst he called it Contrology beaucase this exercise is good for controlling your body. I learn that Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strengthand endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strongcore or center. I learn about the six principal of Pilates which are breathing, precision, flow or efficiency of movement, centering, control and concentration. Pilates have several differentbenefits for the people that perform this type of exercise.
I learn that the Pilates are very good for the flexibility. There are different types of flexibility in Pilates. I will mention some of theexercise that I learn and are important for me, flexibility hamstrings and abductors from sitting with your back leg flexed, exercise triple seated hamstring flexibility, Flexibility sittingisquiotibiles from bilateral, roll back and exercise pilates and integral legs and trunk. I also learn that are different types of flexibility of piliates for a good posture. For example, Pilates postureleg stretch classic comprehensive look forward, opening and flexion. The flexibility is very important for your body.
I also learn that Pilates are good for the pregnant women. The pilatesmovements can be beneficial for the mother, helping to maintain good posture, relieve some of the usual aches, and be more aware of changes in your body. The technique that I learn is applied to the needs ofeach stage of pregnancy, and is subject to changes in energy occurs daily.
