Printing Process
Printing preparation
The last stage of the drawing inside AutoCAD in most of the projects consists of printing of paper.
To be able to have a suitable representation ofthe drawings some aspects must be taken in account like managing of the scale, the size of the paper, etc. For this later the procedure of printing appears in AutoCAD 2000.
1) Abra el archivo deldibujo y genere la Layer CUADRO DE DATOS, póngalo current
2) Seleccione en la pestaña de LAYOUT para ajustar el tamaño del papel, la orientación y la escala
Procedure of printing
1) Open thefile of the drawing and generate the Layer SQUARE OF INFORMATION, put it current.
2) Select in LAYOUT eyelash to fit the size of the paper, the orientation and the scale.
3) Activate the AUTOCADDESIGN CENTER
4) Fit the units to transfer information between drawings with the option of FORMAT, UNITS.
5) Select in the window of the AutoCAD Design Center the drawing of the square ofinformation and accede to the blocks defined in the same one.
6) Select the square of information and drag up to the sheet of paper of your drawing.
7) Create a layer called Viewports and putit like current.
8) Selects the VPORTS icon in the Standard toolbar or write the instruction in the commands zone.
9) In the box of the viewports, select the number of viewports to create,and select on the screen the points for the generation of the same ones.
10) Adjust the scale of the drawing in the different viewports; Select the viewport to which you want tofit scale, select PROPERTYES icon, and in Custom Scale zone fit the factor on the corresponding scale.
To adjust the scale it is important that you take in acoount:
The units of the drawingThe units of the square of information
The factor of conversion
The wished scale
