Globalization provides the facility to carry out a reorganization process at international level, in termsof production and the integration of financial markets. However, it also has negative aspects. The growing technological invasion has displaced human labor and human capital relegating theunskilled.
Added to this, deregulation related to the release of capital in other geographical regions allows banks to offer their products at various points on the map and the multinationals expand theirhorizons to open offices in other countries.

PRO
Trade between nations and encouragement of comparative advantages of production-well at a lower cost than comparable, has fostered the growth. This hasopened the way for expanding capital flows and increased foreign investment globally. Financially, one of the potential benefits of globalization is that it provides opportunities for reducing macrorisks through diversification of assets from different countries.

AGAINST
However, the least developed countries will not have this opportunity, because its macroeconomic indicators are not nearlydeveloped. Free global trade benefits large corporations, but not to small businesses that can’t compete. Added to this, free trade could raise production costs, so it would require raising salaries to hiremore skilled work.
