Introduction
Hello (good afternoon) my name is Omar Quezada I come from to Universidad autónoma de Tlaxcala. My research work is related to built services based applications with QoS properties.Cloud computing is a relatively new distributed architecture using the concept “only pay for what you consume” or paid as you go.
QoS aspects define restrictions over the services used by a givencoordination. The implication of choosing a service has impact on cost, execution time, etc and therefore is a critical issue in contexts where there are a lot of services offering the samefunctionality, such as it happens in the Cloud. Two problems can be identified:
1. How to describe the attributes related to QoS aspects.
2. How to compute the value of such attributes for a given service. Itmust be noted that there are two cases to be considered:
- When a services offers the required functionality, to compute the QoS is straightforward.
- When is necessary to coordinate a set ofservices to provide the required functionality, it is necessary to apply an algorithm to compute the compose QoS attributes.

In my research work, I propose a way to express the QoS attributes and thealgorithms to compute QoS values.
for example, You want go to cinema to see a movie and you use an application which is in your smartphone, the application needs contact some services like cinemas,banks, gps to do the reservation is In this moment when the quality of services acts because the user defines which services prefer depending of some reasons or properties ( cost time of execution anywere) to do the coordination necessary.
Approach:
The main objective is to create a coordination of services according to aspects of quality of service (run-time, cost, availability) through a workflowand assume instead apply a reduction algorithm that we propose to visualize this coordination as a single service also has properties of QoS
