DEVELOPMENT
1. An enterprise is an organization or institution engaged in activities or pursuit of economic or commercial purposes. The company requires a rationale, mission, strategy, objectives, tactics and policies for action

2. The overall scope of Enterprise are:

• achieve greater market share.
• be a leading brand in the market.
• be a brand known for its variety of designs.

3. Where motivation is a person who identifies an opportunity and organizes the resources needed to implement it. "This can result in the creation of new organizations, companies.Entrepreneurship ranges from individual projects to major initiatives that create multiple opportunities for employment.
4. Entrepreneurship development offers benefits to the individual, business and the community as a whole.
For the individual offers independence, control over one's life, creativity, personal expression, health, self-confidence. Every entrepreneur believes strongly that the events canaffect through their knowledge, intelligence, creativity, dedication and persistence. For the entrepreneur, the new business is a creative expression, and the product it manufactures and sells only a means to an end.

9. The organizational structure of work that a business has a direct influence on the perception that a worker can have their working conditions and professional performance.
A very vertical organizational structure, with a long chain of command and control sections does not favor short teamwork, however horizontalstructures best facilitate teamwork.
The organizational structure influences the amount of rules, procedures, paperwork and other constraints that are encountered by workers in developing their work.
