STATE AND SOCIETY LOOK THE EDUCATION SYSTEM TO ADDRESS ISSUESS OF INEQUALITY, YET THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IS CENTRAL TO THE REPRODUCTION OF INEQUALITY .


INTRODUCTION
With the full development and neoliberal market economy in many societies in the world, it is clear that the ideological conception of those with economic and political power, the education is mainly a market, is business andcommercial space competitive where individuals access to a specific position of economic resources to pay for a service and receive a product.
The following essay is about how the education system reproduces inequality, although the state and society itself believe that education is a major element in fighting to end this inequality. To do this the vision of different authors who speak on thisissue through some of his works, I will begin with Paulo Freire's book Pedagogy of the oppressed, then will continue with Paul Willis and Learning to Labour work and finally know the vision of the subject of Basil Bernstein.
DEVELOPMENT
“The oppressed, having internalized the image of the oppressor and adopted his guidelines, are fearful of freedom. Freedom would require them to eject this imageand replace it with autonomy and responsibility. Freedom is acquired by conquest, not by gift. It must be pursued constantly and responsibly. Freedom is not a ideal located outside of man; nor is it an idea which becomes myth. It is rather the indispensable condition for the quest for man competition.” (Freire P. ; Pedagogy of the oppressed:1990 p.31)
“The pedagogy of the oppressed is a instrumentfor their critical discovery that both they and their oppressors are manifestations of dehumanization.” .” (Freire P. ; Pedagogy of the oppressed:1990 p.33)

According Freire is not a pedagogy for the oppressed instead of him, the subject must construct their reality thought the circumstances that create the future every day. The texts that allow individual constructs reflects and analyse theworld we live in, but not to suit him, but reform it. The individual is formed with reflects itself in the interior and creates the consciousness of struggle to transform reality and freedom from oppression that has imposed the pedagogy that we have traditionally accepted the same way, when you learn a new way thinking, his conception of social status that keeps contributing to modify, but notnecessary a materialistic but cognitive whose importance is reflected in the release of oppression their presence. Freire is that individual learn to fight for their improvement and constructive criticism.
“The pedagogy of the oppressed, as a humanist and libertarian pedagogy, has two distinct stages. In the first, the oppressed unveil the world of oppression and through the praxis committhemselves to its transformation. In the second stage, in which the reality of oppression has already been transformed, this pedagogy ceases to belong to the oppressed and becomes a pedagogy of all men in the process of permanent liberation. In both stages, it is always through action in depth that the culture of domination culturally confronted. In the first stage this confrontation occurs though thechange in the way the oppressed perceive the world of oppression; in the second stage, through the expulsion of the myths created and developed in old older, which like spectres haunt the new structure emerging from the revolutionary transformation.” .” (Freire P. ; Pedagogy of the oppressed:1990 p.40)

In the relationships established, the oppressed as generators of violence, even if theirconditions and after the moments described above tempt you to change your status, however, in the eyes of the oppressors, that fight viewed as un necessary violence, unrealistic dreams and not as a revolutionary ideas which are recognized by the ideological commitment established with their peers and not by the actions that this does, because the reality of the oppressed is not the will god, sice he is...
