INTRODUCTION
It is difficult in a society where myths are created now, and complications speculations about the simplest things to prevent people from falling in diseases and disorders related to self-esteem, image and fashion.
Eating disorders as the name says revolve around food, so it is difficult to combat because eating is central to our culture, eating is necessary for the body, butunfortunately many myths have been created around food. In every culture there is a concept of beauty, for example in some African tribes women with long necks or lips are the most attractive, formerly in Chinese women with small feet were considered short walk sex symb.
In the West we have developed the concept of beauty is thinness. Currently more than a third of young people want to lose weight,because of the pressure that the media has on this. Anorexia causes the life of those suffering revolve around food but can not eat, it makes it unbearable to live with it. Eating disorders are propagated to the effectiveness of a virus but are not.

Task
Arriving at a concrete compressive what these eating disorders as what are anorexia, bulimia and obesity, which can become the root causes ofthese, and to learn about these disorders, and
give us an idea to prevent or to help people who suffer

Eating Disorders
Eating disorders are diseases associated with altered common eating habits. These behaviors can be altered voluntarily or not, this is subject to internal and external factors such as self-esteem, family pressures, frustration about being overweight, constantcomparison with someone close by a relative or friend.
   Anorexia
It is the most common eating disorder among adolescent women currently. It is mainly characterized by altered bodily perceptions, means that the presenter feels fat therefore stops eating and refuses to maintain minimum weight for their age and height.
   Bulimia
They are characterized by frequent episodes of binge eating followed byinappropriate compensatory behaviors such as self-induced vomiting, abuse of drugs, laxatives and diuretics and other medications, fasting or exercise, as in anorexia there is an alteration of perception.
obesity
Obesity is defined as overweight due to the increase of body fat. Until recently it was given little clinical significance, but acquired great significance in our time because of itshigh prevalence in both developed and developing countries are in the process of being

Anorexia
The essential features consist of a Refusal to maintain normal body weight minimum, an intense fear of gaining weight and a significant alteration of the perception of body shape and size. Affected women may have amenorrhea but have passed the menarche
People with this disorder maintain abody weight below the minimum standard for their age and height. If anorexia nervosa begins in childhood or early adolescence, there may be loss instead of weight gain, while the subject grows in height.
(See Criterion A, Table Diagnostic Criteria). Criterion A provides a directory when the individual reaches the threshold value to be considered underweight. This means that the weight of theperson is less than 85% of the weight considered normal for their age and height. There is another additional guidance somewhat tighter (used in the research criteria of ICD-10), which specifies that the individual must have a body mass index (BMI) less than or equal to 17.5 kg/m3 (BMI square meter is calculated by dividing weight in kilograms by height). These limits are only a help to the clinician,since it seems unreasonable to specify a single standard for minimally normal weight all individuas a certain age and size. To determine the minimum weight of a normal individual, the clinician should also consider their physical and history of previous weight.
