LA TEORÍA DE LA ACCIÓN EN WEBER.
PARSONS Y HABERMAS:
ALGUNAS CONSIDERACIONES CRÍTICAS

RESUMEN
Uno de los errores de la actual discusión en torno a la «acción»consiste en centrar
la atención en el concepto de «significado». Encubierta por interpretaciones fenomenológicas, hermeneúticas, lingüísticas o funcionales del «significado», la acción
es considerada en «perspectiva externa» o de «observación externa», siendo sólo perceptible desde el punto de vista de un observador que no es el mismo sujeto actuante.
Se olvida, pues, que la «acción» responde, antetodo, a la libre decisión del sujeto,
y que es éste el que, de acuerdo con el complejo sistema de su pensamiento, imprime
significado a su decisión de actuar, ponderando la trascendencia externa que para
sí y para otros puede alcanzar aquélla. Esta deriva se inicia con la «teoría sociológica»
de M. Weber —de la acción humana a la acción social— y llega a su culminación
en la teoríasociológico-comunicativa de J. Habermas. De la exposición crítica de
tales teorías se ocupa el presente trabajo.

ABSTRACT
One of the main mistakes of the discussion about action consists of focusing the attention on the concept of meaning. Hidden by phenomenological, hermeneutic, linguistic
orfunctional interpretations of meaning, this action is considered from an external
perspective (observation), being only perceptible from the point of view of an observer who is not the same acting subject. However, we forget that the action relates
to the subject’s free decision who gives full meaning to is own decision-making to
act according to a complex process of thought, while considering theexternal transcendence that the action may have for him or her and for other people. It all starts
with Weber’s sociological theory —from the human action to the social action—
and culminates with J. Habermas’ sociological and communicative theory. This study
aims at critically explaining such theories.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Einer der Fehler von der aktuellen Diskussion über das soziale Handeln besteht
daraus, dass sie die Aufmerksamkeit auf den Begriff Bedeutung zentriert. Verhüllt
von phänomenologischen, hermeneutischen und linguistischen oder funktionellen
Interpretationen von Bedeutung, das Handeln wird für äußere Perspektive oder äußereBetrachtung gehaltet, die aber nur für einen Betrachter wahrnehmbar ist, und der
nicht dem Subjekt entspricht. Man vergisst, dass soziales Handeln vor allem freier
Entscheidung des Subjekts entspricht, und dass dieses Subjekt in Übereinstimmung
mit dem komplexen System seines Denkens seiner Entscheidung zu handeln die Bedeutung verleiht, indem es die äußere Tradweite bewertet, die für sich selbstund für
die anderen die Entscheidung zu handeln erreicht. Diese Abdrift beginnt mit der soziologischen Theorie von Weber —vom Einzelhandel bis zum Gesellschaftshandeln—
und bricht zum Höhepunkt in der soziologischen und kommunikativen Theorie von
J. Habermas. Zunächst kümmert sich die anwesende Arbeit um den kritischen Bericht
dieser Theorien.
