RESUMEN

El presente trabajo nace como la necesidad de resolverlos problemas de la empresa Good´s Catering, que hace referencia a la falta de personal mas capacitado para la atención del cliente, además de darle un nuevo enfoque el cual es la gestión de recursos humanos en base a competencias, ya que al encontrarnos en un mundo donde las organizaciones enfrentan nuevos retos y cambios constantes, sus colaboradores deben de cumplir con las exigencias alocupar un puesto ya que al estar mas capacitados y tener un mayor conocimiento de la función a desempeñar, va permitir mejorar su redimiendo laboral y satisfacer a los clientes a la medida de sus necesidades siendo necesario también aplicar estrategias que permita captar a mas clientes y que ellos se sientan satisfechos con los servicios ofrecidos.

En el servicio de Catering, es un negocio que nosolo tiene el objetivo de abastecer comidas y bebidas en los eventos, sino también brindarles un servicio de calidad, cumpliendo con las exigencias de los clientes que va desde el tipo de comida que desea servirse el cliente, el tipo de bebida que se desee que acompañe a la comida, la presentación de los platos, la uniformidad del personal al momento de atender a los invitados y estarcontinuamente atentos a sus necesidades, en donde los trabajadores tiene que mostrar un disposición amable al momento de atender a los invitados, dándole un valor agregado que es percibido por los clientes, y que permitirá identificar las preferencias y gustos de ellos, y en base a esa información clasificarlos a los clientes de acuerdo a tipo de servicio solicitado y brindarle otro servicio a la medida desus necesidades.

Por ultimo al considerar todos estos factores en una empresa de servicios, conseguirá que la empresa ofrezca a sus trabajadores mejores condiciones de trabajo al mejorar sus habilidades y competencias, logrando una mayor eficacia y motivación en la realización de sus funciones, lo cual se verá reflejado en la satisfacción y preferencia de los clientes.

ABSTRACT
This workwas born as the need to solve the problems of the company's Good Catering, which refers to a lack of trained personnel more attention to the customer, besides giving a new approach which is the management of human resources in based on competence, because when we are in a world where organizations face new challenges and constant change, his aides must meet the requirements to hold a position asto be more skilled and have a better understanding of their role to play, will allow redeemed improve their work and satisfy customers tailored to their needs is also necessary to implement strategies that will allow to attract more customers and they feel satisfied with the services offered.

In the service of Catering, is a business that not only has the aim of supplying meals and drinks atevents, but also providing quality customer service, complying with the requirements of customers ranging from the type of food you want to use the customer, the type of beverage you want to accompany the meal, the presentation of the dishes, the uniformity of staff when addressing the guests and be continuously attentive to their needs, where workers have to show a friendly disposition whenaddressing the guests, giving an added value that is perceived by customers, and that will help identify preferences and tastes of them, and based on that information to classify customers according to type of service requested and give it another service tailored to their needs.
