I’m Roxana one of the judges of the engagement ring case. This case is about a guy “Steven” this man cheated on his fiancee; And she refuses to give him back the enagagementring. He told her to give him back but she refuses,she said that the ring was hers because he gave it to her, she deserves it more.

I have been thinking about this special case. I’m considering that“ Jennifer” the fiancee deserves the ring because when I talked to her she gave me many reasons about how she discover that Steven was cheating on her, for example phone calls, sms, well she alsoshow me pictures of Steven with the other girl, those pictures were take by her. She start crying she touch my heart and im doing the impossible to defend her because he made a huge emocional damage toher feelings and that’s why she needs the ring to sell it and get some money to go pay some bills of the wedding that was canceled.
She also told me that when she call him and ask him “ Where areyou? Are you okay? At what time are you arriving home ?” he just answered that he was at his job, that he was really busy, that she don’t need to wait for him to have dinner together. But she startdoubting and she realize that he wasn’t at his job, because she was really carefull on what was s going on and she heard a waiter that asked him “ Are you ready to order? or can I ask your girlfriendfirst?” Thtat’s how she was sure that she was cheating on her.

Jennifer needs to stay with the ring because a gift have no conditions, you are supposed to give a ring with all your love, with noregrets, he gave her the ring without out condition of marry him. He never but he never said that if they broke up she need to gave him back the ring. She have to many proof to make me realize that shedeserves the ring.
In the bible says that it’s wrong to lie and more wrong to hurt somebody that you “love” but as we realize the things, he don’t love her enough because Why to cheat on her? Why he...
