[4]-Create chamfer box with the following size and palce like this
[5]-Now create more chamfer boxes and place like this

[7]-Create cylinder and apply the taper modifier with the good following amount as shown below
[8]-Place the plane like this [9]-Apply the hair and fur modifier with the below dollowing settings

[11]-Set the free point like this with the following parameters
[15]-Set the free point light like this
[16]-Press the F10 and set the radiosity and use the following parameters
After use the above parameters now just click on the start button then waiting the radiosityprocessing
