Between Breakfast, afternoon and dinner you need to eat 2 fruits or a bar (light). 2 liters of water. Fruits cannot be ( pineapple, mangoe,strawberry, if grapes only 9) Not fruits that are high in their sugar!
You should follow the grams or the quantity of food. Everything as possible needs to be light. This is adiet that added per day has 1 200 calories this is what Barbara needs to loose weight in a healthy way cause it contains food from everything so she can receive every nutrient.
