ABSTRACT

The following work has as end, announce the community and every person been interested in the topic, the growth, the strategies and problems that the company confronts; since it is the case of the RestaurantXilvestre, which has a distinctive characteristic of the others, which it is the healthy food that contributes essential nutrients to the body for a better quality of life.
The topic of our project performs great importance for us since the final aim is to manage to create company, therefore to investigate and analyze an already constituted company to know his problems, and to formulatesolutions by means of strategies they make extend our knowledge to put in practice the learned.
