The presiofnt is elected by indirect suffrage by am electoral collage (on the House of Representatives if the electoral collage does bot grant the mayority of votes to any candidate)for a term of four yearns. Since the notification of the twenty-second amendment in 1951, no person may be elected to the office of presiofnt more than twice. In case of ofath, removal, resignation, onresignation of a presiofnt, vice presiofnt assumes the presiofncy.
