My Typical Weekend

Hello, Good Afternoon, my name is Juan and I’m going to talk about my Typical Weekend.
I work all the week and I needto take out the stress, so from two year ago on Saturday I get up very early because I like the physical exercises I’m a sportsman. At sixo’clock I go to the Carolina Park and I go for a run two or three laps on the park about 10Km. It takes me approximate one half hour, next I go tothe pool and I swim around one hour more, then I return and I have heavy breakfast at home because I need recover my energies.
By the way,the last year I ran in the “Ruta de las Iglesias” and “Nike 10’k” and in this year I will run in the “Ultimas Noticias 15’k”.
On Saturday Ihave lunch in a restaurant with friends. My favorite lunch is steak or fish with vegetables.
In the afternoon I usually go to the Supermarketand shopping. In the evening I usually watch TV but I don´t go to bed late.
Sunday is nice too. I have a beautiful bike, I get up early about8 o’clock, because I like cycling, I go to the Ciclopaseo or Cumbaya’s Chaquiñan then I always visit my parents and I have a lunch with themabout 2 o´clock. In the afternoon I often go to the movie with them.
Finally In the evening I start to do my Homework. I study at ESPECommercial Engineering. I have a lot of Homework.
In conclusion at the end of weekend I finished very tired but very happy.
