Are complaints a good or a bad thing?
Complaints are an expression of pain, dissatisfaction, or resentment about something, in this case when we talk aboutcomplaints related to a company brings unhappy clients, it is said, that in average, a bad experience it's told to 12 people of the costumers entourage and each of them willsaid to other persones too. Therefore complaints should been taken serious by companys.
I think that complaints are good, it is a way to see how bussines is performing,treating costumers, solve some of them company’s problem,improve the product or the service with the purpose of gain more happy clients who can be loyalty to the brand.Moreover complaints can help to companys to get more ideas about a new product or service, being the best sources to get information of the real opinion, because when thepeople complains they are more likely to speak their minds, saying the truth and they say exactly the wrong and how can you do it better, giving really helpfull andpractice suggestions to improve the product/service.
It is a win/win situation because companys can research their perform through complaints getting information todevelope new and better products/services and when this goes to the market the clients can consume it and get satisfied, accomplish their needs without feeling upset savinga bad situation and paying for things that really worth it. It is important that clients request a better product/service when it is not good enough and they shouldcomplain when they feel it, because its their only way to be heard their needs and thoughts and also companys can get great ideas to improve and expand their bussiness.
