What is a Good Teacher?

First of all, a teacher is a person who chose as his or hercarreer learn a determined knowledge to share it with many people but not every teacher becomes a good teacher because he or she has to gather many qualities such aspatience, tolerance, vocation of service, responsability, good speaker,etc. In Effect this person have to be an admirable example, especially with kids because they copyeverything what they see and feel, to illustrate this, a group of kids that have a lazy and incompetent teacher start to have problems of communication, comprenhensionand discipline. Somehow a good teacher has to be strict and at the same time be affordable, In fact the best develop of a class mostly depends of the teacher. Teachershave to get into a prepared class, also with the best disposition because students need discipline and motivation to learn, actually this is not an easy job, itinvolves much responsability since they have the obligation of sharing information with a group of people with differents temperaments, possiblities, qualities and ideas, andnot everybody has the same learning ability that is why they have to be patient, a good teacher does not have preferences, who explains everything clearly , keepsgetting actualized, and always is on time with tests, homeworks,etc. Finally the most important fact is the person who loves what he or she does is the one that is goingto enjoy it and make it better than anyone else, if you love what you do, no matter what it is, you are going to be good at it, it is applicable for any job in life.
