An a complete architectural project includes the development of the design of the building, the spaces and uses distribution, the way to use the materials and the last technologic advances, and theelaboration of all the plans, details, perspectives and ways to simulate it.

The development of an architectural Project almost always involve a process which alternate between the general and theparticular, the little scale, and the big scale, the global concept, and the most tiny detail. Instead of this, it is possible to establish some phases or stages of work, which are very differentbetween them. They are which will show us the project’s evolution, since the approach of the problem until the final solution.

We have to know how important is to the client to now this phases and theirresult in the quality of the final project, knowing that each of them are crucial.

When we are elaborating an architectural project, before drawingany line, we have to make a project of investigation which plays the role of guiding the architect in his work during whole the process.



Problem’s approach

This is the beginning phase whicha client looks for someone who can solve the problem or make their idea, making the spaces fit coherently. Here is where the client says one of the most important things in a project, the resources hehave (fer esquema) – recursos: ground, the budget, the place, the time we have to build it, etc.)



Interpretation of the problem

Now he architect knows the client’s problems and necessitiesin the project required, and according with his knowledge, he thinks about the objectives to investigate before making the first approach. He makes of the necessities, a way, and a guide to the nextstep, the next phase, always related with the one before.
