Teamwork

The new employment trends and the need to reduce costs, led companies to think of computers as a form of work.
Achieving and maintaining success in modern organizations requires virtually impossible to find talent in one individual.
The new structures of organizations, flatter and less hierarchical levels, requiring greater interaction among people, which can only be achievedwith a cooperative attitude and not individualistic.
The forms of work organization require current teaching-learning methods that are consistent with the processes of change taking place in the social, cultural, economic, labor and technology. At a time when innovation cycles are becoming shorter training institutions are forced to greater versatility and flexibility to adapt to the new structuresbeing developed in the world of work. The internationalization and globalization of markets and competitive factors require companies to be increasingly flexible to adapt products to new technologies, production processes, services and demand for skills. The Taylorist model, either for competitive reasons, whether social and cultural reasons, tend quickly to be replaced by socio-productivemodels. The need for alignment of the new era of change with market changes in work organization, technology and values of society demands a multi-skilling, multifunctional and flexible. All these processes make it necessary to change the current division betweentheory and practice, planning and implementation, think and act, is replaced by a more comprehensive training and comprehensive. It is also true that seldom requiring interdisciplinary skills, social and action-oriented is consistent with the selection of teaching and learning methods used in the transmission of knowledge.
Collaborative Teamwork
Every organization is basically a teamcomprising members. Since the birth of this, the basic agreement that set its members is to work together, that is, the form a team.
This brings two important concepts to clarify: team work and team work.
The team is the group of persons assigned or self-assigned, according to specific skills and competencies, to fulfill a certain goal under the guidance of a coordinator.
Teamwork refers to thenumber of strategies, procedures and methodologies used by a group of people to achieve the goals.
Team performance curve
The team performance curve, it exemplifies the way in which it plays any small group, depends on the basic proposal and continue to implement it effectively. Unlike teams, working groups are the sum of the best individuals for their performance. They seek collective workproducts requiring joint effort. When selecting the track team instead of the working group, people commit themselves to risks of conflict, and joint work product of collective action needed to create a common purpose, a set of goals, a proposal and a mutual responsibility . Those who call themselves teams but they do not run these risks are at best pseudo-.
Potential teams who take risks to move upthe curve, inevitably face obstacles. Some outgrow it, others are stuck, but the worst thing you can do is leave a team stuck discipline of the basic factors of equipment described in the fundamental aspects of the team. The performance, not a team, you can save or pseudo-potential teams, no matter how stuck they are.
All teams reaching the final. However, the end should not mean sacrificingperformance is continuous. The delivery of recommendations to others, the arrival of new members, the departure of old ones, and changes in leadership, will enable the majority of teams further exploit the potential of performance, whether or not the team reaches its end.
