“Hip Hop, R&B, and Seoul”
Last October a four girl band debuted in Japan with six live concerts in front of more than 70,000 fans, the band’s name, 2NE1.
After many years, Asian music had not beena global hit, and now they are coming up with new groups that are more focused on a global public, this is what “K-pop” is about, they started having some success abroad and 2NE1 reflects thisenormous development, they were actually crowned by MTV Iggy as the Best new World Band.
Music does have an impact in our lives, and it is good to see that people even from Asia, which personally I do notknow them very well, are getting more spotlights.

“See Spots Sell”The British 47 year old artist Damien Hirst has been exhibiting his collection of “spot” paintings in important international venues around the globe. His latest show called The Complete SpotPaintings is now in New York, and the author claims he has seen there the biggest painting in the world.
The author might or not be correct, but art galleries do make you feel there is nothing else likethat that you have seen. I am not a huge fan of expositions, though it is in my opinion one of the most convincing ways of showing diversity in our planet, it is one of the best ways to express ourculture.
