HUMAN RESOURCES BALANCED SCORECARD IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE HR Mission: We provide quality HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce within a supportive work environment. We do this with an emphasis on customer service based on consultation and communication with members of the campus community HR Vision: Provide the highest quality support services to make UCSF theinstitution of choice for learning and working HR Strategic Destination: In the next three years, we will improve our position as the HR service provider of choice. We will demonstrate measurable improvement in all major service areas by focusing on fundamental excellence and innovation. CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE To achieve our vision, what customer needs must we serve? STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES Objective:Improve Customer and Stakeholder Satisfaction through C.A.R.E. Description: Meet and exceed customer expectations. Actions: Define services and validate our customer’s expectations Compile & analyze the point of service survey results Evaluate results from VCA&F survey Develop service standards PERFORMANCE MEASURES
