Executive Summary
I. Business Background a. Introduction: Since I came to the United States, three years ago, I have been analyzing the diversity of products and services that offer theAmerican Food Industry. Perhaps, I have found the biggest food industry around the world. The market offers upscale restaurants, thematic restaurants, casual-service restaurants, family restaurants, quick-service restaurants, caterers, banquets, bars, lounges, and others. However, I could not see a kind of service that could be similar of the one in my country of origin, Peru as well as othercountries such as Argentina and Spain. There has been rising of the industry in the last ten years, the delivery service of breakfast for special occasions. So we decided to pursue the subject and use the American eating habits to implement this new way of entertainment and a way of surprising loved ones in South Jersey. Business concept: a. Lovely Breakfast will cover the needs of south jersey residentswho wants to try new ideas of entertain to their loves ones. There is not age or social status to make a detail to our girlfriend, wife, husband, mother, father, special friend, grandparent, boss, secretary or anyone important to us. Lovely Breakfast is an innovative idea that brings a new design of product and also a new design of service. i. Product: The foods and inputs that could be offeredare minutely selected. To get a quality product, Lovely Breakfast is getting the best suppliers of the market place who can supply national and foreign inputs that the product needs. The product is a selection of the best breakfast dishes of the world, prepared under strict hygiene and healthy standards. All breakfast dishes would be prepare on the day of delivery, ensuring our clients the maximumfreshness and flavor. The breakfast dishes will be presented in thematic and handmade trays that could be offered together with other souvenirs within the breakfast tray. The products will be covering in airtight packaging to prevent any contamination during transportation. ii. Service: Lovely Breakfast will use the delivery service such as basic service.
