The Spanish Stove is a restaurant of the different culinary Spanish styles. We offer a cultural experience through the Spanish richgastronomy getting know the vast varieties of cultures and folks which conformed Spain. Spanish Stove will offer dining and breakfast, targeting intimate and sophisticated dinners or dynamic andcomfortable breakfasts in a casual but impeccably careful atmosphere which will fit the highest expectations.
The Market
The Spanish Stove will be targeting locals who are interested in the culinaryscene and people who look for a casual drink and bite in the active and social evenings of the city. There will be a special focus on young adults with $15K-$60K of income looking for good food and agreat time. The general demographics are males and females ages 20-50 with some or all of a college education.
Historically, if there is a dip in the general economy, the restaurant industry isusually effected far less that the overall economy. To some degree this is because of people's perception that food, regardless whether it is from the grocery or a restaurant is a fundamental necessity oflife and spend accordingly.

In the Spanish Stove we create our menus inaccordance with the different seasons, in order to offer the most fresh and organic products possible. All our food is carefully designed to offer not only the Spanish the exquisite flavors but also thehealthy and substantial traditional and rural Spanish gastronomy, which takes full advantage of the different nutritional benefits of each product.
