(RETIRO DEPENSION)

ROSARIO ELVIRA FERNANDEZ HENRIQUEZ, mayor de edad, domiciliada y residenciada en esta ciudad, identificada con la C.C. No. 32.666.828 de Barranquilla (Atl.), haciendo uso del Derecho de Petición consagrado en nuestra Constitución Nacional, Artículo 23 que reza que toda persona tiene derecho de hacer peticiones respetuosas a las autoridades publicas y privadas y estas a responderoportunamente, me permito manifestarle y solicitar lo siguiente en consideración:

HECHOS:

El día se se dio en la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones “Telecom”, un plan de retiro, afiliándome a Protección en Pensión.

PETICION

Solicito muy respetuosamente ordenar a quien corresponda el retiro definitivo de mi Pensión en Protección S.A.

Lo anterior es con el fin deafiliarme al Seguro Social y seguir cotizando mi pensión de jubilación.

Anexo fotocopia del documento de afiliación a Protección.

Presente.-ASUNTO: CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO.-

Como es de su conocimiento, el Apto. 703D del Edificio Parque Ciudad Jardín, fue vendido, siendo usted inquilino, me permito informarle que de continuar como arrendataria de dicho inmueble se requiere suscribir Contrato de Arrendamiento, para lo cual anexo los requisitos exigidos y poder así obtener legalmente dicho arriendo.

De lo anterior tiene un plazo dequince (15) días para hacer la entrega de la documentación solicitada, en mi oficina ubicada en la Calle 42 No. 43-146 Oficina 302, Teléfono: 3516342, vencido dicho plazo daré por entendido que no desea seguir como arrendataria, y el Apto. 703 D debe ser desocupado y entregado a satisfacción, encontrándose a Paz y Salvo con las facturas de servicios públicos al día al igual que con el canon de...
