CARACTERÍSTICAS SEDENTARIAS QUE POSEEN LOS ALUMNOS DEL NIVEL NB3 EN LA ESCUELA MUNICIPAL MÉXICO DE LA COMUNA DE TALCAHUANO

RESUMEN 
 La presente investigación se centro en dar a conocer las características sedentarias en escolares de nivel NB3 de la escuela municipal México de la comuna de Talcahuano. El problema de investigación planteado nació de una situación preocupante y existente en la educación Chilena, la poca motivación a promover la actividad física, deportiva o recreativa. Es así, que la temática de lascaracterísticas sedentarias ha sido estudiada con mayor interés, debido al poco énfasis de investigaciones relacionadas con el tema a investigar. Por ello, es cada vez mas, la preocupación en niños de edad de 10 años en adelante debido a sus grandes cambios físicos que comienza a sufrir.  En esta investigación, de tipo descriptiva, con una población de 85 niños, constituida en 3 cursos de 33alumnos, de las cuales el 4%  presentan mayores características sedentarias. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta, utilizando como instrumento la aplicación de un cuestionario .El proceso de validación de éste, se determino por medio del juicio de expertos.  De acuerdo a los objetivos específicos planteados, los resultados más relevantes obtenidos en esta investigación, indicaron que53% de alumnos presentan características sedentarias y el 47% no las presenta. Los resultados de esta investigación están descritos en forma de texto, apoyados por tabla de frecuencia.
 
 
 
 

ABSTRACT

The following investigation is focused on knowing of sedentary characteristics in Nb3 basic level children from a school in Talcahuano commune, EscuelaMunicipal Mexico.
The problem arise from worrying situation in the Chilean education, the little motivation that expel to the physical, sports or recreational activity, It is thus, that the thematic one of the sedentary characteristics has been studied with greater interest, owed al little emphasis of investigations related to the theme to investigate. For that reason, it is every time but,the preoccupation in children of age of 10 years in ahead due to his great physical changes that begin to suffer. In this investigation, of descriptive type, with a population of 85 children, constituted in 3 courses of 33 students, of which the 4% it presented problems bigger of sedentary. The data harvesting technique was the poll, using as instrument the application of a questionnaire. .The process of validation of this was determined through the judgment of experts. According to specific objectives presented, the most prominent results obtained in this investigation were:
The excellent findings but found in this study indicated that 53% of students present characteristics sedentary and 47%is not present. The results of this investigation are described in text form,supported by table frequency.
