Introduction: Characteristics of Persian Civilization: The Persian Empire is one of the major strengths that have been built in the history of humanity. To create an empirewith the magnitude of the Persian, which is the largest ever known, several facts have been decisive for the impact that this empire has caused. Some of these facts that have remarked its importance are the origin, the impact of their engineering, and the contribution of Cyrus the great. The origin of the Persian Empire was the beginning of one of the biggest empires in the human history, around4000 BC. Two nomadic tribes began to settle on a plateau infertile in Iran. At north, were the meds and at south were the Persians.
The structure worked according on gravity to take advantage of the natural topography of the land. These channels that came from the surface could represent up to 20 kilometers away. 2.000 years before to the legendary water systems of the Romans, the Persiansalready carried water to long distances in very difficult conditions. The development of this system has represented one of his impacts in humanity. The religion ancient Persians professed was called "Zoroastrianism”. Zoroastrianism was distinct from all other religions in ancient time and that difference has had greatinfluence on our society at present. According “Ancient Persian” (D. J. A. T, AND E. G, PERIOD 8). It was initiated by a Persian prophet named Zarathustra who lives around 600 a. C.

Their fundamental belief was that choices influence ones' live.
When a person was dies, he or she was judged based on thedecisions they had made in their human life and are sent to either heaven (Ahura Mazda) and live a happy spiritual life or are sent to hell (Ahriman, or "destructive spirit") and suffer during their life after death. Every Zoroastrians objective is to be united with Ahura Mazda.

One of the characters who most influenced the development ofPersian culture was Cyrus the Great. Cyrus the Great built an empire with its military and political astuteness. Cyrus the great was an efficient governor; his own people called him father. Cyrus came to the power in the year 580 BC. His rule would change the course of history and redefine architecture itself. In the year 554 BC, after defeating his opponents, his leadership had no dispute. It wasthe time to conquer the world, and if he wanted to create an empire he would need a capital to match with its political importance. Was at this moment when Cyrus created the first capital of the Persian Empire "Pasargadae" in modern Iran. Cyrus was an innovative manufacturer. He and his followers used the most advanced ideas of the cultures they conquered and further refined to give his ownparticular touch; this was a combination of art and work of people from different regions. This way, was formed a wonderful city with attractive walled gardens and the enchanting exquisiteness of its architecture. Cyrus the Great promoted the growth not only architectural but also was able to recognize and respect the importance of other religions and other beliefs, enabling their survival. Cyrusfreed the Jews that had been captives in Babylonia. Nobody in history has done what Cyrus the great. For these and many other reasons, Cyrus the great is one of the characters who most have impacted history of humanity.
