HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT IN THE GYM AND BE IN SHAPE:

Between 1980 and 2000, obesity rates doubled among adults. About 60 million adults, or 30% of the adult population are now obese.since 1980,overweight have doubled among children and tripled among adolescents, increasing the number of years they are exposed to the health risks of obesity. The primary behaviors causing the obesity epidemic arewell known : physical inactivity and unhealthy diet. Only about 25% of U.S. adults eat the recommended five or more servings of fruits and vegetables each day. Less than 25% of adolescents eat therecommended five or more servings of fruits and vegetables each day. More than 50% of American adults do not get the recommended physical activity to have health benefits. young people in grades 9–12 donot regularly engage in vigorous physical activity.

First thing you have to do if you want to lose weight is going to dietitian.When you have your diet set you enroll in a gym to get some physicalactivities. Because of your weight you need a routine in the gym that can help you to lose weight.The best activity to lose weight is by doing a lot of cardio preferably 1 hour every day. If you don'tlike to be alone get a partner that need some exercise too and that way you motivate yourself.

Eating is the most important thing in this procedure.you have to reduce your total calories intake bya small amount, and then just making sure the calories you do consume come in the form of a well-balanced diet consisting of good sources of protein, carbs and fat. The best food to eat healthy andreduce your calories are salad,eggs, green tea and beans. You have to Eat three to four meals and repeat them every day. If you want you could pick one day of the week to break your diet and eat an icecream or candy.

once you've already dropped the pounds you want it's time to change the routine to one that makes you tone the body. Now you have to begin by lifting weights to create muscle...
