CMS is a comprehensive, Client/Server based call processing platform designed to provide Tandem Switching, calling Card, Wireless, International Gateway, Callback, 1+ Resale and Feature Group services. Product Overview
The CMS software application enables wireline and wireless service providers to offer prepaid and/or postpaidcalling-card accounts, 1+ Accounts, Tandem Switching, International Gateway in conjunction with any Voice over IP (VoIP) or traditional (TDM) enhanced telephony service. CMS utilizes industry standard hardware and software making it the software of choice for the smallest to the largest telecom enterprise. • • • • • • Industry Standard Hardware (Intel or Sun-based) Windows or Unix Operating SystemFull access to open relational database using SQL Server TCP/IP connectivity between all switching nodes Web access for account administration. Service providers using CMS have absolute control over account administration. Accounts can be managed individually or in groups. Flexible rate, tariff and tax tables allow for unlimited account profiles. Service providers can manage accounts remotely or via the Internet. • CMS minimizes overhead bysupporting automatic account creation, activation, service authorization, and recharge. Service providers can obtain real-time, configurable system activity reports that detail port usage and performance statistics. CMS reduces the risk of fraudulent use.
