Some people are good with numbers, others are good with words. I am good with colors, rearrangement of order, abstracts of art, shapes and shades, communicating through art. Since I wassmall I have been completely aware of the objects around me and mentally imagined how I could play with things around a room, visualizing pallets of color and shapes that could change a room’s ambiancecompletely. I still remember being an outspoken little girl, whose creative voice would come out every Christmas insisting my aunt to change her garish furniture and play with lively colors. Besideshaving a good eye, I also became acquainted with the freeing power of art. Whether it was after a fight with a friend or just life itself, it was as simple as taking out a piece of paper and somecolors and watching my frustration transform into my work of art. Every time I’m in some sentimental turmoil, I start rearranging my room, learning how distinct arrangements could do so much on the spaceand feeling of the room. This is why I want to pursue an interior design career and I believe CCA can mold me in the best professional in my field.
As cliché as it sounds I have known that I wasmeant to work with art my whole life. This is why when I had to start looking for colleges that would prepare me; I came across with CCA and believe that it is the best choice for an interior designenrollee. Consequently, besides having high quality degrees for the preparation of great professionals, it has the right ambient, where I can express my creativity and talent without restriction. It has agreat amount of programs that can shape me to be the best of my field and it is exciting to know that I will be working hands-on on projects that interest me. CCA fits perfectly in the mold of adream school where my talent can be appreciated and where it can transform to do amazing things. CCA is a place I can be unique and creative and these are all synonyms of a place I can call home.
