Apartment Rental Agreement and Confirmation

This Agreement is for the rental of Apartment ___, ______________, Puerto Rico, (the "Apartment"). The Agreement is between ____________ (the"Guest(s)") resident of ________________________________________________, and_________________ (the "Landlord").

The Rental Period is from ________ P.M. Friday, __________ , and ends ________ P.M. onMonday_________, __________.
The Rental Amount of $_______.00 ($300.00/night x ___ nights) is to be paid by the Guest(s)
for the Rental Period stated above. During this period the total number of personsoccupying the house will be 5.

In addition, a Security Deposit of $600.00 is to be paid by the Guest(s). The Security
Deposit will be refunded as per the Terms and Conditions below.

At thesigning of the Agreement, the Security Deposit is to be paid to cover the costs of potential damage to the apartment above normal wear and tear. Half of the rental ($600.00) should be sent by________________. The remaining rental amount ($600.00) is to be paid on the day if your arrival to the apartment. Payments may be made via cashier's check or money order in the name of_____________________________.

Terms and Conditions
At the termination of the Rental Period, the Guest(s) will surrender the apartment in the same condition in which it was received. Guest(s) are responsible for theHouse while the premises are under their control. Any misuse or neglect of the property, which causes damage to the Property, either inside or outside the property, is the sole responsibility of theGuest(s). Damage amounts not paid when the property is vacated will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

Guest(s) shall behave in the best manners in the apartment and its premises, respectingprivacy of neighbors and community rules clearly stated on boards along the premises. TV and radio volume should be kept at low levels. Pool hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Inside the pool you may NOT...
