Evolution of prices (euro/m^2) of urban land from 2008 to 2012
The previous graph is done by me in Excel. I took alarge table of the prices of urban land since 2005 for the 4 trimesters of the same year and extracted the data that you can see in the graph.
Conclusion:
As wecan see on the data previously shown both the price of the rural and urban ground has been steadily increasing when talking about rural ground and rapidly increasingreferring to urban ground. However the prices of the two increases until the same year 2007. When looking at 2008 the prices start to fall. This decrease of prices is causedby the economic crisis that lit in 2008.
