The crystal skulls are considered to be one of the most intriguing mysteries in our world. Human size skulls made from a variety of quartz crystals have been found near or withinancient ruins for over the last 100 years. No one is quite sure how the crystal skulls found their way to these sites and who made them, as some of the older skulls (no way to scientifically date them)show some precise workmanship. The local people believe these skulls have an energy or power.

There are numerous reports of people being cured of all types of illnesses and life threateningdiseases (like how about a brain tumor for one?). Many people report that there lives change in a dramatic way after being in the presence of a crystal skull.

*Ancient ruins
One of archaeology's most compelling mysteries is that of the 13 crystal skulls.  Skulls have been one of the most powerful objects of symbolism in human history, all over the world. Several "perfect" crystal skulls have been found in parts of Mexico, central and South America.  Together, they form a mystery as enigmatic as the Nazca lines, the great pyramids and Stonehenge.

*Higher intelligence
Some legends and theories state that the original crystal skulls were not created by the hands of man at all, but may be of extraterrestrial origin. Some say that they may be thecrystallized consciousness of advanced beings related to Atlantis, the Pleiades, or beyond. Scientists, who have said that the Mitchell-hedges skull technically should not exist because they cannotunderstand how it could possibly have been carved, may inadvertently be supporting this extraterrestrial theory.
