This is to confirm that ZOTEK® F 40 HT White and ZOTEK® F 75 HT White Polyvinylidene Fluoride foam grades are cleared for use in food contact applications under 21 CFR177.2600 – rubber articles intended for repeated use applications. This statement applies to the foam products as they leave Zotefoams plc production facility. It is important to note thatit is the responsibility of the end-user to ensure that the finished food-contact article meets the applicable regulatory requirements for the application. Zotefoams will not acceptliability for other materials or processes used in combination with the foam in order to produce a final product.
