INTRODUCCION.

En el presente trabajo se desarrollaran los temas vistos en la materia teoría del derecho correspondiente al primer cuatrimestre (septiembre-diciembre)impartida por la maestra María Isabel del toro.
En el cual abordaremos temas básicos en el estudio de la materia de derecho.
Con el objetivo de reafirmar los conocimientos adquiridos en esta materia, crear una memoria que nos puede ser de utilidad para futuros conflictos al desempeñar nuestras labores como profesionistas y litigantes también esta servirá para evaluar los conocimientos y gradode aprendizaje con los cuales cursamos esta materia.
