Resumen:
En este artículo se tiene en cuenta el orden histórico en el que paso a
paso los derechos humanos han ido evolucionando y la manera cómo se
han ido planteando las necesidades y luchas que han tenido que
enfrentar los seres humanos según el escenario estructural por el que
también han tenido que vivir las distintas sociedades;acomodándose a
determinados modos de producción y relaciones de producción dentro
de estructuras políticas, económicas, culturales y sociales determinadas.
Observaremos aspectos claves donde se puede dilucidar el propósito
fundamental que irá dando pautas básicas apuntando hacia la idea
central que se desea resaltar, la cual tiene que ver con la razón de ser
de los derechos humanos enmarcadosdentro de un sistema global que
no ha permitido efectividad debido precisamente a que han sido
enfocados desde y para un sistema liberal que desde sus inicios ha
respondido a intereses meramente de clase.
La propuesta que se brinda con respecto a poder enmarcar la
fundamentación de los derechos humanos desde otra perspectiva donde
pueda realmente cumplir con sus principios, está relacionada conlos
aportes entregados por algunos teóricos como la señora Nancy Fraser,
Ernst Tugendhat, Oscar Mejía Quintana, Habermas, John Rawls, entre
otros, además de la interpretación y el análisis que se ha logrado a
partir de tales aportes.

Summary:
This article takes into account historical order in which step by step
human rights have evolved and the way how are have been raised
requirements and struggles that have had to deal with human beings
according to the structural scenario for which have also had to livedifferent societies; accommodating to certain modes of production and
relations of production within certain political, economic, cultural and
social structures.
Observe key aspects where the fundamental purpose that will be giving
basic guidelines can clarify by pointing towards the central idea that you
want to highlight, which has to do with the raison inside of human rights
framedwithin a global system that has not allowed effectiveness due
precisely to have been focused since and for a liberal system which
since its inception has responded to interests purely class.
The proposal offered with respect to be able to frame the foundation of
human rights from another perspective where can really fulfil its
principles, is related to inputs delivered by some theorists as Mrs.Nancy
Fraser, Ernst Tugendhat, Oscar Mejía Quintana, Habermas and John
Rawls, among others, as well as the interpretation and the analysis
which has been achieved from such contributions.
