The present perfect in English is used for actions in the recent past that are still in effect today.
The present perfect is formed with the auxiliary have and the past participle of the verbPresent Perfect
FORM
[has/have + past participle]

Si el verbo termina en "-e", sólo añadimos "-d" para formar el participio de pasado.
