The non-numbered door

Are you scared? No? Well, I am introducing you into a story that certainly will make you experience what a real fear means.
I cannot even remember of why I went there in first place. Oh, wait a minute, some flashback scenes are coming to my mind. Yes! Now I remember everything. It was raining and I needed a place to spend the night. I had been driving and staring intothe pitch dark when I saw an old hotel at the left side of the road. It was old-fashioned but at the same time was comfortable and warm. I walked up to the front desk to check in. An old woman was behind the desk. She had white, stringy hair and her face bore the wrinkles of time in a spider-web of age. She smiled at me and gave me my key but not before she had warned me.
“On the way to yourroom, there is a door with no number on it, that is locked and no one is allow in there. Especially no one should ever look inside the room, under any circumstances”.
I followed the instructions and I went straight to my room, and going to bed. This did not last much time because I woke up in the middle of the night and realized that I could not sleep. I was overwhelmed and the curiosity was nolonger going to let me sleep. Fear suddenly shot through me like a bolt of white lightning as I realized what that meant. I would not stop until I had gone to the locked room. It was stronger than me the damn curiosity dragged me onto the hallway. I walked slowly forward toward the non-numbered door. My mind knew exactly what it wanted, though, my body was covered in sweat and my heart was racingloudly. Once that I was where I was not supposed to be I tried the handle. Nothing happened. I bent down and glanced through the wide keyhole. Again, nothing happened. A cold air passed through it, chilling my eye. After some moments my eyes got used to the darkness and what I saw was a simple hotel room just like mine, however, after I had looked the entirely room I noticed something in a corner. Itwas a prominent figure covered with a black robe and whose skin was completely white. It was leaning its head against the wall, facing away from the door. Confused I straightened myself thinking in what I had just seen. I was about to knock on the door but I decided not to, instead of that, I bent down again to see one more time. What I saw then let me speechless. The entirely room had gone. Howwas that possible? All that I could see was redness. I couldn't see anything out besides a distinct red color, unmoving. I crept away from the door and I walked back to my room. The next day, I woke up early in the morning and without hesitation I went out of there as fast as I could. The only thought that I had in that moment was, "go home, go home now!"
In my home I was safe or that was what Ithought. When I went to bed, after I had shut all the doors and windows, I called my dog up to bed. I felt protected by my dog, which was a very large Rottweiler. I snuggled up with him and we fell asleep. But at one point, I suddenly woke up. I turned and looked at the clock...it was 3.15. I snuggled down again wondering what had woken me.....when I heard a noise. It was a dripping sound. I thoughtthat I had left the water running, and now it was dripping into the drain of my sink. So thinking it was no big deal I decided to go back to sleep. But I felt nervous so I reached my hand over the edge of my bed, and let the dog lick my hand for reassurance that he would protect me. Again at about 4:30 I woke up hearing a drip. I was slightly angry now but I thought, "It's just your imagination,go back to sleep". Again I reached down and let the dog lick my hand. Then I fell back to sleep. At 5.50 I woke up again. What was that noise? I glanced across the room, nothing. Angry with myself I thought, "Calm down. It's just your imagination playing up. You're extremely fatigued, that is all". Suddenly an idea came to me, "Why do not I call to the hotel´s woman to ask her what is the...
