This is to inform your office that MaryGin Moreno is always busy with her cellphone. She entertained phone calls and texting while working. Everytime she go to the restroom she took 15 to 20 minutes and there were times that she’staking her break for one and a half hours. That is why she could not be avail to do her work. Most of the time when its her turn to clean the machine, she’s not cleaning it.
Last Friday,December 31, she didn’t clean the yogurt machine. They were not really busy they just sold 194 pizza. The next day, we sold 329 pizza at about 7:00 in the evening. She asked me to clean the machine andI refused to do it and said, I don’t have much time because I’m leaving at 8:00. But the following day which was Sunday I volunteered to clean the machine.
January 4, Thursday, the porterbrought 10 bread sticks at 3:00 in the afternoon and was proofed for 30 minutes. We sold 5 pans or 15 sets. I saw Mary Gin Moreno gave one breadsticks to a Ram Lady but I was not sure if the ladypaid for it, so I got the idea to check the micros report. The micros shows 13 sales so missing two and there were missing two pizza as well. I always caught her cheating the Terry report ofpizza. If there were missing she’s gonna put in waste just to make it even although there were no waste. I told her don’t fixed it just write down what really happened but she said she’s gonna be introuble because she’s the one responsible for whatever is missing. I told her the management will not know what is going on. One time, I talked to Rose Thomas to pay more attention so we couldavoid the missing product that we are selling and to avoid the waste as well.
