I think there are many different opinions and options when it comes to decide of

renting an apartment is a better option than buying a house. Many People say it got a lot

to do with circumstances that happen and goes around their everydaylife on making the

decision of renting or buy. I will have to say that buying a house is not a decision that you just

will say and just do it and having to build first. If you really look back and see big picture of

buying a house orrenting an apartment , I think that, the pros and the cons. When a person is a

homeowner, they actually own the house, there are things that they do not have to worry about

the things they have to think when renting an apartment. A good example for that is when they

have laud neighbors that do not realize how loud they are with a lot parties with friends and

thisborders the person that live under, I said this because of me and when I used to live in an

apartment complex, but also the person beside, or above them. Another thing is that when the

person that live beside you do not get along with you is something that is get worse when time

passed by. Another thing about having problems with the neighbors is the parking problems

andpeople who used to live or live in apartments complex can say that this a big problem when

it comes to find a parking spot that is good for your convenience. Besides that neighbors are not

always friendly and can be hard to deal with them and to get away and avoid all this problem is

by thinking of the idea of investing in a house of their own. Whatever you rent or buy, you willalways will have different situations that occur in the area that you call home. For examples

having problems with the pipes, problems with bugs, and plumbing problems, all this

things happens to all of us and sometimes without being complete moving inn. When you are

renting an apartment and all of this problems happen you just have to make a call and just waitfor the maintenance man come to your apartment and this will take sometimes more than a day
of waiting for them to come to take care of the problem. In another hand when you own your house you do not have to worry about having a leak for ways and not taking care of the problem and getting the problem resolved. In another hand you will have the option to get the problem taken care of soonerrather than later, that will make the difference in your opinion when unexpected maintenance problems arise.

The best option when you are deciding in renting an apartment or buying a house, it

is a always a better option to buy a home because when you become a owner of a house it will

provide you with stability and it will give you as a owner the benefit of a investment andthis

investment will last forever. The first thing that a home owner can benefit when owning a home

is that it will be the first time that is buying a house and this house is a big investment for owner.

When the owner start making the mortgage payments it will start building a house equity and

there is the different of market values of the new home and that is what will bethe remaining of

the mortgage amount. Every time a monthly mortgage gets a payment, the equity increases.

When the amount borrowed is use for the house improvements, or for the family, or medicals

bills and another thing for example starting they own business, and this a good investment to.
