ABDON CALDERON

Capt.. Abdon Calderon was born in Cuenca (Azuay) on 30 July 1804. His parentswere Francis Calderon and Manuela Garaicoa. His early studies were conductedunder the guidanceof Argentine priest José María de Landa. Complemented themission relatives, Dr. Andres and Javier Garaicoa Villamagán. From an early age showed a penchant for a military career.
